LG Prada III to Go Android

LG hasn’t yet tapped into the Android market too much but the latest report is that their next Prada handset will go the little green robots way. This is their third addition to their popular touchscreen fashion handset range of handsets. So far we the only news is that the new handset will be made available via Sprint and that it would also be equipped with a slide out QWERTY keypad with a touchscreen as well. Are we looking at another DROID styled device here? it quite seems like it seeing that Motorola has already got that market covered with two Android devices that both feature touchscreens and slide out QWERTYs. 2010 looks like it could be the year of the Android, maybe Maemo would give it a run for it’s money though, stay tuned to find out.

Google To Launch Google Phone

There have been speculations on whether Google would be launching its own branded phone and by that we do not mean Android OS built in to Samsung, HTC or other branded phones, but a device/hardware manufactured by Google. Rumors do come true, or at least in the case of anything involving Goolge. A Google branded phone was spotted in wild.

Gizmodo, has reported that they received this information from some trusted source. According to the source, the device does not run on the Chrome OS. Moreover, they call the OS a ‘full version of Android’, which has got us quite confusing. Besides that we are sure that this device would make good use of Google Voice to its core. We are quite certain that over the next few weeks, there would be an abundant supply to information over the web; or at least rumors.
